Must-have Skills:
- Assertive communication; stakeholder management; cross-functional leadership

- Project management (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall); risk and issue management
- Executive reporting; vendor management; coordination of external teams
- Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500
- Policy and process design & implementation
- Expectation management; influence and negotiation
- Financial industry knowledge (regulations, processes, risk)
- Empathy and active listening; adaptability; resilience and stress management
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
