As a Staff Product Manager, you will own a benefit domain and help shape how benefits work together to create a compelling and differentiated membership experience. You will drive strategy across first-party (1P) and/or third-party (3P) benefits, identify opportunities to increase member value, and partner across product, engineering, design, analytics, business development, and operations teams to build scalable experiences and capabilities that strengthen the Walmart+ ecosystem. Your work will influence not only individual benefit performance, but also how members perceive, engage with, and derive value from Walmart+ as a whole.

What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the value proposition by improving benefit discovery, activation, engagement, measurement, and retention.
- Translate customer insights, business goals, market trends, and partner needs into clear roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Define and maintain multi-quarter product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to manage risk, dependencies, and priorities.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and inform product direction.
- Build scalable capabilities and frameworks that reduce complexity, accelerate launches, and support multiple benefit and partner ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions and shape recommendations. Rigor using quantitative and qualitative insights, success metrics, dashboards.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, and journey mapping.
- Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to product innovation.
- Technical product leadership across APIs, partner integrations, identity, data platforms, or complex systems, partnering with engineering on architecture and reusable patterns.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
