Senior Product Manager

A passionate leader with deep expertise in cutting-edge analytics methodologies and a knack for building strategic partnerships. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Third-Party Measurement to shape the future of our organization through data-driven insights and collaboration. In this role, you will be a strategic leader responsible for the entire lifecycle of measurement products. You will partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing, sales) to define product vision, develop product roadmaps, and bring cutting-edge measurement solutions to market.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a cross-functional team to conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities across the organization for third-party measurement.

• Design, develop, deploy, and manage a comprehensive third-party enterprise-wide set of measurement products that align with Walmart Connects business needs and future direction.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, including gathering user feedback, iterating on features, and measuring product success.

• Spearhead assessments the assessment of third-party partner capabilities and methodologies, working closely with the data science team, across a wide range of third-party measurement solutions.

• Ensure all methodology adherences to data quality and governance standards.

• Provide detailed point-of-views and recommend that champion adoption or rejection of third-party products to mitigate risks.

• Communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

• Stay at the forefront of latest trends in machine learning, statistical test design, media mix modeling, artificial intelligence, and other data science fields.

• Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Foster and manage third-party partnerships:

• Manage and cultivate third-party relationships with external measurement partners. Collaborate on joint analysis and results to deliver a unified fair solution to clients.

• Assist in negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Provide continuous training, coaching and updates on the third-party measurement partners and solutions. Lead and mentor internal teams on the pros / cons, benefits, and risks of third-party measurement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience and ability to manage, design, and own the build and enhancement of multiple measurement product solutions to connect the impact of marketing tactics and business short-term and long-term outcomes.

• Have 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex analytical projects.

• Experience in digital marketing and advertising strongly preferred, specifically focusing on measurement and product automation.

• Experience working with Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, Neustar, and/or other third party measurement providers.

• Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and roadmaps. • Highly organized and accountable.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and strategy

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing external partnerships

• Passion for the field of measurement and a desire to make a real impact through data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience building measurement products for publishers, enterprises, or marketing agencies.

• Experience with measurement, and/or digital marketing analytics.

• Experience with advertising technology platforms Ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.

• Experience with media mix modeling, A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation
