Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the productization roadmap for our Physical Intelligence (PI) software stack. Operating as a senior Individual Contributor within the Edge AI organization, you will bridge the gap between advanced engineering capabilities, cutting-edge research, and real-world customer problems.

 

In this role, you will lead the transformation of complex hardware, software, and AI technologies into scalable, commercial software products, SDKs, developer toolchains, and simulation environments. You will work across business units, research labs, and customer-facing teams to establish ADI as a leader in Physical Intelligence.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define the multi-year product roadmap for ADI’s Physical Intelligence software stack, turning customer and market requirements into scalable, revenue-generating products, SDKs, and developer tools.
  • Requirements & Solution Architecture: Engage directly with customers, internal Business Units (BUs), and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to identify core challenges in physical AI applications and map them to ADI's technology stack.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Drive iterative product design through close collaboration with Edge AI application teams, spearheading rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations to validate user workflows and technical viability.
  • Ecosystem Leadership & Integration: Position ADI's PI offerings within the broader industry ecosystem by integrating our platform with leading simulation frameworks, AI toolchains, and edge runtime environments.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the strategic nexus between fundamental research (Lorenz Lab), core engineering (Edge AI), and field execution (FDE) to deliver a cohesive, market-ready PI product.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Industry Experience: 6+ years of technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture experience bringing complex HW/SW/AI products to market.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep technical understanding of Physical Intelligence, Edge AI, robotics, simulation environments, and developer toolchains.
  • Productization Track Record: Demonstrated success in taking custom, high-touch system solutions and generalizing them into commercialized, reusable software products and SDKs.
  • Execution & Prototyping: Ability to architect high-level product designs, drive technical POCs alongside engineering teams, and validate concepts with end customers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of influence and strategic alignment across cross-functional engineering teams, research groups, and executive leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $197,800 to $271,975.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
