🧭 About the role

We are looking for a Staff Product Data Analyst to build and drive the analytical infrastructure of our Self-Service Data Strategy. Your work will directly enable product, marketing, and operational teams to confidently use data on their own, by helping us understand self-service adoption, identify opportunities to improve our data products, and support a growing data-literate culture at Superbet.

You will work closely with the Data Products organisation. This is not just about dashboards — it’s about designing for our internal users a data experience that’s findable, accessible, and trusted by default.

🎯 What you’ll be doing

1. Understand self-service adoption and success

  • Define and track self-service usage metrics: time-to-insight, active users, tool penetration, usage by persona, engagement patterns, retention, stickiness.
  • Build analytics around the data platform: what’s used vs. not, by whom, how often, and why.
  • Measure platform and tooling performance across data products: Acryl, Tableau, FullStory, Snowflake.
  • Analyse qualitative feedback and user satisfaction data to inform roadmap priorities.

2. Inform What to Build Next

  • Partner with the Self-Service Data Product Manager to identify product opportunities using real usage data and common friction points.
  • Build derived metrics on top of our metadata (e.g. KPI coverage across dashboards, data quality scores, documentation completeness).
  • Segment users to highlight patterns in behaviour, gaps in enablement, and potential gamification levers.

3. Enable change and champion adoption

  • Create and maintain analytics for self-service training programs, certifications, and onboarding journeys.
  • Build compelling narratives to inform stakeholders and promote data tools through internal storytelling.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for KPIs, Acryl (data catalog), and Data Quality frameworks—supporting enablement with content and data.

4. Build Internal Reporting

  • Develop MVP dashboards for internal data product performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to establishing the analytics foundation for a scalable self-service ecosystem.
👤 We’re looking for someone who has:
  • 5+ years in a data analysis or insights role, ideally with a product or enablement focus.
  • Demonstrated impact via internal product analytics or platform usage analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills, with comfort navigating raw and modelled layers.
  • Experience visualising data and building compelling stories via dashboards
  • Strong communication skills — you can go from deep data work to actionable, business-friendly storytelling.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels in changing behaviours/ways of working through formal and informal means
🌟 Bonus points for:
  • Experience working on data platform analytics, internal data products, or enablement programs.
  • Hands-on experience with data catalog or metadata tools (e.g., Acryl, Collibra, Alation).
  • Understanding of self-service analytics tools like FullStory, Amplitude, etc
  • Familiarity with internal tooling usage analytics or instrumentation of platform adoption.
  • Experience building training content or running enablement sessions.
🧱 Why this role matters

You’ll play a critical role in making Superbet a truly data-driven company — not by producing all the insights yourself, but by making it easier for everyone else to do so confidently and independently.
