About the Job:
We may be a little biased, but this is truly a standout opportunity for an early-career accountant looking to gain broad, hands-on experience within a supportive and engaged leadership team. This new Staff/GL Accountant role is being created to support our continued growth and will take on many responsibilities currently managed by our Controller, who is also the hiring manager for this position. It’s an exciting time to join the team—we recently implemented NetSuite and are actively streamlining and optimizing our processes.

You Will:
- Prepare and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Perform reconciliations for balance sheets.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, consolidation, and adjustments.
- Generate periodic financial reports and explain variances to management.
- Generate and communicate invoices to customers.
- Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain and manage cash/bank processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on tax preparation, audits, and compliance initiatives.
You Should Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or other certifications are a bonus.
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of attention to financial accuracy.
- Great communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to maintain sensitive/confidential information.
- Works well under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to/interest in cross-border and international accounting practices; currently operating in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
- Familiarity with Netsuite ERP systems, highly desirable.

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
