The Role
We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to support the operation and growth of our RNG facilities. You’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, drive process improvements, and ensure projects are designed and executed to the highest safety and industry standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead safety, commissioning, and start-up efforts
Optimize plant performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues
Oversee design updates (P&IDs, models, diagrams)
Support automation and controls (PLC/SCADA)
Drive efficiency, debottlenecking, and production improvements
What We’re Looking For
BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum)
8+ years of industry experience (RNG, natural gas, or similar preferred)
Strong background with high-pressure/rotating equipment and process systems
Proficiency with industry standards (API, ASME, NACE) and tools (AutoCAD, ProMax, MS Office)
Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN

Skills Required
