About the Role
As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will lead complex digital design projects and provide technical leadership for system-level architecture. You'll influence product direction, guide methodology improvements, and lead small technical teams. This position requires deep expertise across multiple technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation and excellence in digital design.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
- 8+ years of hands-on digital logic design experience or technical leadership
- Experience architecting and designing digital blocks in SoC designs
- Experience working with cross-functional product development teams
- Experience with designs realized in silicon, including ASIC tapeouts; FPGA-only experience is insufficient
- Hands-on experience developing microarchitectures using power, performance, and area tradeoffs
- Experience with lint, CDC, formal equivalence, ECO flows, and scripting
- Strong knowledge of processor and SoC architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience technically mentoring junior engineers
- Experience participating in post-silicon issue debugging
- Knowledge of DSP fundamentals
