Staff Consultant

What you will do: 

As a Staff Consultant with Bryant Park Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end NetSuite implementations for our Clients. You will be a trusted resource for both client stakeholders and internal team members, providing advisory services on business processes and systems architecture, leveraging your deep experience in NetSuite and business transformation.

Client Advocacy & Engagement:

  • Be proactive in engagements, always serving as the Client's advocate.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Discovery & Requirements Gathering:

  • Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Engage in process mapping, reengineering, and future state process design.

Functional Expertise & System Design:

  • Advise clients on standard NetSuite functionality and industry best practices.
  • Design system configurations, draft functional requirements, and create design documents.
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts to build custom solutions tailored to client needs.

Scope Management & Budget Control:

  • Manage scope and requirements effectively, ensuring work stays within allocated budget.

Workshops, Testing, & Training:

  • Lead configuration workshops and manage offline configuration activities.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Interface Testing (SIT).
  • Lead End User Training (EUT) sessions and develop enablement plans.

Data Migration & Post Go-Live Support:

  • Define data migration strategy and lead all data migration activities.
  • Provide post go-live support and troubleshooting as needed.

Full-Cycle Implementation Participation:

  • Engage in all phases of NetSuite implementations: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support.
  • Translate complex business needs into functional solution designs.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis to ensure alignment between business requirements and system execution.

Collaboration with Development Teams:

  • Work closely with in-house developers to implement custom solutions.
  • Create wireframes and schematic diagrams to support discovery and requirements gathering.

Project Management & Internal Initiatives:

  • Participate in status meetings, project planning, work breakdown, and change control processes.

Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay current with NetSuite product updates and industry trends.
  • Be open to learning new skills and expanding your NetSuite expertise as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 5+ full life cycle implementations
  • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry specific experience
  • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
  • Extensive familiarity with data migration plan and procedures and hands-on experience completing Go-Live cutover data loads
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff
  • NetSuite Certifications highly desired

Salary Range: Chilean Peso 40,000,000.00 - 50,000,000.00
