Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Staff Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to support our 787 Final Assembly Ramp team in North Charleston, South Carolina.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to evolving priorities. You will support a broad range of responsibilities that require flexibility, strong organization, and sound judgment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and support development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
- Partner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & leaders to develop, analyze, manage, and verify compliance of process and product baselines for complex products
- Lead staffing and headcount initiatives in support of production rate changes
- Serve as the primary focal for staffing demand planning
- Provide administrative support to senior and first-line leadership
- Collect data to develop presentation materials and support daily tier meetings
- Manage agendas, capture meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to closure
- Coordinate team recognition events, morale activities, and award programs
- Oversee server/system access requests and routine maintenance tasks; manage team distribution lists
- Partner with other Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) staffing focals on staffing initiatives
- Assist with ordering and managing supplies
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Use software, tools, and systems to manage, collect, and interpret data
- Apply knowledge of team capabilities, best practices, resources, and constraints to provide effective support

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
- Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver plans
- 5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
- Experience tracking and reporting financial plans (risks, staffing/headcount, etc.)
- Critical thinking, project coordination, and organizational skills

Summary pay range Level 3: $78,200 - $105,800
Summary pay range Level 4: $97,750 - $132,250
