The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Research and build agentic AI capabilities for marketing workflows, combining experimental development with production delivery.
What you'll do
- Evaluate models and agent orchestration frameworks for marketing automation.
- Build knowledge graphs from product and website data for recommendations and personalization.
- Integrate marketing data platforms into agent decision-making.
- Develop LLM evaluations, observability, and performance diagnostics.
- Identify and propose new capabilities as AI techniques evolve.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5 to 10 years in data science, applied machine learning, NLP, or related AI work.
- At least 3 years applying AI or machine learning to marketing, personalization, or customer analytics.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or related agent frameworks.
- Strong Python, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and grounded generation skills.
- Experience with marketing data platforms such as Adobe AEP/CDP/Analytics, Contentful, or Tealium.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and ability to work independently on open-ended problems.
Bonus points
- An advanced quantitative degree.
- Experience building knowledge graphs from unstructured data.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: CAD 200,000 to 240,000 per year.
- Equity: Equity.
Location and work model
- Fully remote, based in Canada. Exceptional U.S.-based candidates may be considered separately, subject to confirmation of location and compensation terms.
