The accounting team at Tatari is small but efficient, and we are looking for a Staff Accountant to join the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to flex between both AR and AP, and contribute to our overall accounting processes. The ideal candidate is ready to tackle all tasks--no matter how big or small--and get it done.

Description:

  • Focus on daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks, supporting both AR and AP.
  • Work closely with the AR team on the weekly media reconciliation process, including invoice clients.
  • Full Cycle AP - Creating vendors, processing invoices, paying invoices, and applying payments in Quickbooks
  • Work with the AP team weekly to process and reconcile media invoices
  • Learn and be an expert of Tatari’s proprietary dashboard and backend systems as it relates to accounting.
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a fast-paced start-up or ad-tech company
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets  (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • A great get-things-done attitude and a sponge with willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: experience with Quickbooks
