- Reviewing, categorizing, and recording daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Processing vendor invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Creating and maintaining vendor profiles and supporting ongoing vendor management activities
- Performing cash reconciliations and assisting with month-end close procedures
- Preparing regular financial reports and supporting management with accurate financial information
- Processing payroll on a semi-monthly basis
- Responding to ad hoc accounting and operational requests from internal stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with Accounting teams in Belgrade and Guatemala, as well as vendors and internal business partners
- Maintaining high standards of data accuracy, organization, and financial recordkeeping
- Maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
