What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounting and tax responsibilities across a variety of client engagements. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, applying your technical expertise to deliver accurate financial reporting, support tax compliance, and provide meaningful insights to clients.
- Prepare and review journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support and own portions of the month-end and year-end close process
- Analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments
- Prepare individual, partnership, and business tax returns
- Conduct tax research and support appropriate tax treatment decisions
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and explain financial results
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with senior team members on more complex accounting and tax matters
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting or tax experience (internships acceptable)
- Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (CCH or similar preferred)
- CPA or CPA-track preferred, not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Effective communication skills with both clients and internal teams

- Hybrid Work Environment – Following a successful onboarding and training period (approximately 90 days), employees may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, subject to manager approval and business needs.
- Base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
