ASML BL IBE – Sourcing (Logistics Supplier Manager)
Job Description
As a Sourcing Specialist, member of the surplus asset Sourcing team, you play a key role in managing the intake of surplus ASML tools, modules, and parts that serve as critical input for the BL DUV IBE refurbishment and harvesting programs. This role blends technical understanding, operational excellence, and commercial acumen. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and brokers to execute the complete buyback and reverse‑logistics process — offering exposure to a wide network of stakeholders across ASML.
Role and responsibilities
Cross functional collaboration with IBE business development, CS, refurbishment program, planning, engineering, logistics, account team, finance and tax. End‑to‑end responsibility for the return flow of used systems, modules, and parts purchased from customers or suppliers.
- Admin flow:
- Overlook the admin process of goods flow from source location(customer fab/warehouse), temporary WH, shipment to ASML WH.
- Admin process includes but not limited to GR/GI/ICY PO creation/ICY PO invoicing/DN at various of ASML sites.
- Ensure compliance of every logistical lane from buyback location to ASML destinations
- Ensure all lanes are approved in goods flow control board for tax and compliance.
- Physical flow:
- Coordinate with stakeholders for buyback execution
- Identify challenges and interruptions to the used system return logistics process.
- Drive and coordinate with sectors(CS UIR/ P&D - local & global CSCM, factory MP, LSO, WH operation) to address issues
- Inventory control and management:
- Owner of used system inventory reporting
- Interface with factory operation (refurb/harvest) for system input
- Report and support the buyback control tower
- Collaborate with the planning community to monitor and capacity for execution
-Require up to 20% of domestic and international business travel primarily to the customer sites, and yearly Semicon trade show
Education and experience
Bachelor/ Master degree in engineering with >5 years of working experience in technical areas with project management experiences
Experience in refurbishment manufacturing and working in international environments is preferred

Knowledge of ASML products (stepper & scanner)
Strong business sense and knowledge about semiconductor industry
