Responsibilities:
- Assist in the introduction, audit and assessment of new suppliers, assist in the procurement operation, audit and performance evaluation of delivery suppliers and daily maintenance.
- Judgment and preliminary analysis of incoming quality anomalies at each stage, tracking and confirming the improvement results.
- QC or production department reflect poor quality, to the site to confirm and feedback;
- Statistical analysis of incoming material data from suppliers, timely feedback of bad information to suppliers, and summary of storage data.
- Confirm the supplier's 8D report, follow up 8D and track the effectiveness of the response effect.
- Conducted inspector training and SOP update.
- Timely handling of temporary matters assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- university electronics, machinery, materials and other science and engineering bachelor degree.
- more than 7 years SQE quality related work experience, optical communication industry experience is preferred.
- familiar with optical devices or electronic products processing process and process focus, understand CPK, PFMEA, GRR, DFM.
- strong ability to analyse problems and good communication skills.
- skilled in using a variety of measuring instruments and computers, skilled in a variety of quality statistics and analysis techniques.
- can read relevant English materials, and can do 8D report in English, oral English is preferred.
- sincere, honest, pragmatic work attitude, have a good team spirit.
