About the company
Our client is a fast-growing Series A compliance software company that uses AI to help investment advisers and broker-dealers monitor communications, marketing, accounts and filings for regulatory risk. It has about $11 million in ARR and a team of about 60, and it is growing quickly.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. You will own the company's infrastructure end to end and keep building it out, working directly with the founding team and the head of engineering. Infrastructure and security are a core differentiator when selling to very large financial firms, so this role turns platform and security work into revenue.
What you'll do
- Become the owner of all infrastructure and deployments, on AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Strengthen the security stack and CI/CD processes.
- Drive security and compliance milestones such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Ship early: push your first change to production in your first days.
- Use AI coding agents daily, often several in parallel, to move faster on infrastructure problems.
- Train and help hire new team members as the team scales.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience owning a system or project end to end, ideally at a startup.
- Experience running AI coding agents in parallel in daily work.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS and Terraform.
- A security mindset (not necessarily a security engineer).
- 6 or more years of related professional experience; 6 to 8 years is the sweet spot.
- Clear, organized communication.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Bonus points
- Infrastructure projects you tinker with outside of work.
- Experience with Postgres internals, Kubernetes-based telemetry, Argo CD and Helm, multi-region deployments, SOC 2 and related frameworks.

- Base salary: USD 200,000 to 265,000 per year
