Want to help lead the building of resilient and high-performing software systems to support Bluecurrent in delivering excellence? Join the innovative and driven digital team as the SRE/DevOps Team Lead and manage the health of platforms, implement best practices for CI/CD, and drive automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and inspire an enthusiastic team of Site Reliability Engineers and DevOps Platform Engineers, ensuring our products and services are reliable, available and performant.
- Design and implement robust strategies for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) to accelerate software delivery.
- Champion best practices in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability to drive efficiency and system reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholder, software engineering, data engineering, and IT operations to deliver seamless, business-aligned solutions.
- Uphold security and data protection standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor the team, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
- Document and refine processes.
What we are looking for
You will bring demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing SRE/DevOps teams, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of SRE and DevOps principles and best practices is required. You excel at problem-solving, analysis, clear communication and value collaboration.
You will also bring:
- Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code practices.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of security best practices and data protection standards.
- Proven track record of working in top-tier international environments and delivering high-impact solutions.
