Job Description

Primary functions and essential responsibilities

• Responsible for systems engineering, maintenance scheduling, life cycle management, and capacity management of the Windows environment and related dependent technologies.
• Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of solutions related to Windows technology projects and initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and issues, and drive the analysis and documentation of technical requirements for enterprise Windows architecture, guiding adoption of and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Primary point of contact & escalations for Windows operations.
• Work with ServiceDesk and Production Support teams for incident escalations.
• Work with Security Operations team for remediation initiatives.
• Run projects and initiatives independently.

Qualifications

Education: BS Degree preferred

Experience Required:

• 7+ years Enterprise experience with Windows Operating systems, Active Directory, DFS, IIS, Radius DNS and DHCP
• 7+ years’ experience in Identity and Access and Management, integration with Single Sign on and Multi-Factor technologies using OKTA.
• Experience with Infoblox would be an add-on.
• Experience with Virtualization environment will be an add-on.
• Experience with Backup technologies will be an add-on.
• Excellent experience in Windows PowerShell \ Python \ VB scripting
• Excellent understanding of virtualization technology

• ITIL, MCSE, MCITP Certified
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical documentation skills
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills.
• Detail oriented, focus on customer satisfaction and end-user experience.
• Able to perform analysis and clearly communicate gaps in analysis to business and requirements to development teams.
