How do we work?
This is a hybrid role expecting 3 days in the office per week. Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking.
Join our Customer Success Management Design team – a diverse, creative group working at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth.
Objectives
Design high-impact campaigns across email, in-product, and digital channels
Optimize experiences for acquisition, engagement, upsell & retention
Lead creative projects end-to-end — from concept to execution & QA
Use Figma, GA4, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to improve results
Partner with teams across Content, Brand, Product, Legal, and more
Embrace new AI tools to streamline workflows and boost creativity
Core Competencies
5+ years in growth, marketing, or UX design
A strong portfolio of high-conversion designs across the lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, win-back, etc.)
Confidence with Figma and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
A/B testing experience and data-driven mindset
Creative thinking + strategic execution
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Curiosity and adaptability to new tools and trends
