EPIC iO is currently seeking a Senior UX Designerto join our team. As a Senior UX Architect/Designer within our Innovation & Solutions team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the enhancement of user interface to ensure our applications are engaging, functional, and highly intuitive. This will involve guiding the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, steering the team in implementing best design practices, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. 

Responsibilities & Tasks

• You will lead the strategic design approach for EPIC's software projects, ensuring that interfaces are intuitive and visually appealing, aligned with established design guidelines. 

 

• Create wireframes and prototypes for different screens, such as alerts and videos, following design guidelines to maintain consistency and effectiveness in the user experience. 

 

• Utilize your UX architecture skills to simplify complex permission management screens, enhancing user-friendliness and accessibility in EPIC's software projects. 

 

• Work closely with frontend development teams to understand user needs and project requirements, ensuring alignment between design and development efforts. 

 

• Employ an iterative approach to UI design, incorporating user feedback and usability testing results to refine and continuously improve EPIC's software interfaces. 

 

• Maintain high standards of usability, aesthetics, and functionality in all UI designs, aiming to enhance user satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of EPIC's software projects. 

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and enhancing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 
• User-Centered Design: Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, and task analysis 
• Ability to collaborate closely with development, engineering, and marketing teams to understand user needs and business requirements. 
• Experience in project management for UX design, from conception to implementation, while adhering to established timelines and budgets. 
• UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar, for creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. 
• Frontend Development Knowledge: Understanding the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with frontend development teams.
