Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow aftermarket sales within the Japan territory for PT Sundyne solutions- products and services.
  • Manage maintenance service and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Frequent client customer visits but minimal overnight travel required.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in industrial or process technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and territory management, with an open, driven and logical mindset.
  • Strong communications skills with ability to manage customer relationships and coordinate service activities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience working with customers in Japan and understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge in Engineering, able to read drawings and understand terminology
  • Experience in the refining, petrochemicals, or gas processing industries.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Business proficiency in both English and Japanese is required.
