In this role, you will impact the company's market presence and financial success in Japan by effectively managing the territory, exceeding sales targets, and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow aftermarket sales within the Japan territory for PT Sundyne solutions- products and services.
- Manage maintenance service and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Frequent client customer visits but minimal overnight travel required.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in industrial or process technologies.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and territory management, with an open, driven and logical mindset.
- Strong communications skills with ability to manage customer relationships and coordinate service activities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Experience working with customers in Japan and understanding of local market dynamics.
