Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value added solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge and experience in product and solutions of Security and Access Controls, including cameras, CCTV and VMS Systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced English
