Summary:• To provide technical assistance by supervising and coordinating work pertaining to technical problems on the organization's computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all other computer related problems for immediate troubleshooting.
General Responsibilities:
• Operational Performance

  • Supervises the response to user queries and computer problems including printing, installation, cable connection, word processing, electronic mail and other desktop issues


  • Supervises the installation and troubleshooting peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, printers, telephones and storage devices


  • Supervises the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of email applications or virus protection software and other desktop configurations


  • Escalates requests, especially pertaining to network connections, to the appropriate party, as needed; Includes coordinating user access for staff to the US team


  • Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers, telephones and storage devices

• People Development

  • Provides staff with technical support/assistance on computer related problems


  • Acts as team lead in coordination and delegation of day-to-day work activities of the staff

• May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions• All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:Educational Background: College graduate, preferably IT, Computer Science or Engineering degree• Professional Experience: 3 years working experience in related discipline, with 1 year in supervisory role Microsoft Certification is an advantage• Skills Required:

  • Solid understanding of computer systems and processes
  • Extensive understanding of computer systems and processes
  • Leadership Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Technical Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
