Sr. Technical Writer

The Sr. Technical Writer creates and maintains technical documentation for AI products. This role involves writing clear and concise user guides, technical manuals, and online help systems to ensure users understand and effectively utilize AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI products, including user guides, technical manuals, and online help systems.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
  
• Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meets user needs and industry standards.
  
• Conduct reviews and usability testing of documentation to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  
• Create and maintain templates, style guides, and documentation standards to ensure consistency across all documentation.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing and apply them to improve documentation quality.
  
• Provide training and support to team members on documentation tools and best practices.
  
• Prepare and present documentation proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
  
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head of AI Products & Development or senior management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)) are preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or related fields
  
• Experience in writing documentation for AI or technology-focused products
  
• Strong writing and editing skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills
  
• In-depth understanding of technical writing principles and best practices
  
• Familiarity with AI technologies and product development processes
  
• Knowledge of documentation standards and guidelines
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
