We're looking for a Sr. Technical SEO Specialist to improve our website's technical health, search visibility, and overall organic performance. You will work closely with the Editorial, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our platform follows the latest SEO best practices and delivers an excellent search experience.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in our Noida office.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Technical SEO for high-traffic websites, digital publications, or content-driven platforms
- Strong understanding of crawlability, indexability, site architecture, structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and internal linking
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Good understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization
- Experience working with Engineering teams to implement technical SEO recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google's search algorithms, AI Search, and SEO best practices
- Experience with Python for SEO automation, log file analysis, News SEO, and JavaScript SEO is a PLUS and will make your application stand out.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, duplicate content, redirect, and broken link issues
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility
- Optimize site architecture, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Partner with the Engineering team to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure SEO best practices are followed during product development
- Collaborate with the Editorial and SEO teams to improve content discoverability and search performance
- Perform keyword and competitor analysis to uncover new content opportunities
- Track SEO performance, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI Search developments, and emerging search technologies
