The Sr. Technical Project Manager (STPM) will help our communities thrive by the scope definition, resourced-based task planning, and execution oversight of Stellus Rx engagements.   The STPM will drive the executions inside agile methodologies – risk management, scope management, issue tracking & resolution, etc. The STPM will create transparency for overall investment oversight and planningFinally, the STPM will orchestrate with other project managers to ensure streamlined total and coordinated release management of all Stellus Rx investments. Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities 

  • Very good understanding of basic development, testing, deploying activities that will be needed in cloud environments, also integration constraints through different technical teams; 
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer; 
  • Identify project duration
    according
    to similar prior experience, technical effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives;
     
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to manage program deliverables; 
  • Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, and standards using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition); 
  • Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance) including systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant technical and business conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action; 
  • Support project and program activities and leads; monitor, track, and maintain program deliverables, including risks, milestones, issues, and key dependencies, among other project-specific activities; 
  • Ability to diagnose and with technical team be able to provide alternatives to resolve technical issues;  
  • Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document, and implement project communication plans; 
  • Applies analytical skills and process improvement techniques to drive sounds business decisions, allowing for maximum impact on business; 
  • Ability to discuss technical approaches with technical team members, such as architects and team leads; 
  • Good understanding of technically key results as product of proof-of-concept deliverables;   
  • Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.

  • Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • 7 – 10 years of experience project management experience using data and information to make business decisions 
  • 5 – 7 years of experience driving mission-critical projects with extensive experience creating transparency via flash reports, progress briefings, etc. 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience executing projects with geographically disparate teams. 
  • Diverse experience in leading technically diverse projects from an application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and process automation 
  • Deep and demonstrated experience with deployment requirements – organizational readiness, release planning, etc. 
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership 
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects 
  • Excellent background with MS products, OS, Office and others PM tools; 
  • Decent experience in ERP software and Marketplace products; 
  • BS in business or computer science or equivalent 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience with diverse execution methodologies - Agile™, Iterative, and Waterfall. 
  • Experience with tools such as SmartSheet, JIRA Align and others. 
  • Experience with vendor negotiation and management 
  • MBA or advanced degree
