JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud Services, the Senior Technical Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient technical solutions in support of core organizational functions and business processes for Dunn-Edwards. This includes support for technical aspects of business requirements, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Senior Technical Analyst will maintain software and hardware solutions both “on premise” and in “cloud” environments to help achieve business requirements. This includes responsibility for the design, testing, documentation, QA support and post-production support for key software and hardware solutions. The Senior Technical Analyst will also research, design, document, and support software and hardware related functionality throughout the production life cycle. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. The role requires strong collaboration, technical solution ownership, Tier 3 escalation support, and the ability to lead infrastructure initiatives across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, AWS, VMware, cloud, and on-premises environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Liaise with administrators, business analysts, systems analysts, and other technical analysts to assist in resolving problems with software or hardware systems
- Proven technical abilities in existing and future technical platforms, tools, and products
- Skilled at analyzing, assessing, and executing technical solutions for issues and/or new requirements for existing business systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including existing and future platforms and operating systems
- Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including LAN and WAN technologies
- Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and post-implementation support
- Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Delivers assigned projects on time and on budget
- Keeps current with technical skills required to support applications
- Off hours and weekend availability required
- Provides Tier 3 escalation support for complex infrastructure, systems administration, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and monitoring issues
- Leads technical initiatives, owns infrastructure solution delivery, and mentors junior to mid-level administrators through implementation, support, and operational transition activities
- Administers and supports hybrid infrastructure environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, AWS, VMware, and related monitoring and security platforms

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION:
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
- 8+ years of progressive infrastructure and systems administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or multi-site enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, including users, servers, operating systems, virtualization, cloud services, backups, disaster recovery, and security controls
- Experience working with vendors, business stakeholders, clients, network engineering, and technical staff to configure, implement, support, and improve infrastructure platforms
- Ability to document system policies, procedures, standards, and support practices, and apply security best practices aligned with applicable compliance and business requirements
CORE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVES):
- Strong team-player mentality with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, provide guidance to junior and mid-level administrators, and drive infrastructure work to completion
- Windows Server administration in a predominantly Windows environment
- Active Directory administration
- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID administration
- Azure infrastructure administration and support experience
- AWS infrastructure administration experience
- VMware installation, administration, maintenance, and support
- Windows patch management and vulnerability remediation experience; Tenable experience preferred
- Hands-on support of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
- Direct support of enterprise environments with approximately 500-1,000+ user accounts
- Project leadership with clear ownership of technical solution design, implementation, and operational handoff
- Ability to support Tier 3 escalation issues
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with practical infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and root-cause analysis experience

- Nutanix administration, maintenance, and support
- SUSE Linux administration
- SAP MII on Linux experience
- CrowdStrike support and monitoring
- PRTG network and systems monitoring

- Deployment of enterprise infrastructure solutions across multi-site or hybrid environments
