As a Senior Talent Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition and talent management strategies that align with the Process Automation business’ strategic objectives. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent, you will work in either our Houston, Texas or Charlotte, North Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of strategically identifying, developing, and retaining skilled individuals. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of broad HR experience including talent acquisition or talent management 
  • Experience developing, implementing, and supporting large programs and processes
