As a Sr Talent Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
