What's the role about?
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be part of the Devlane team and play a key role in recruiting highly skilled talent for our international projects.
What do we require from you?
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Recruiter
- At least 3 years of experience with IT recruitment
- Advanced English
- Experience in managing complex recruitment processes, achieving high-quality hires in competitive markets.
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates using the STAR methodology.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate interest through to hiring.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and candidates.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in accordance with established departmental processes.
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with recruiting technologies such as ATS, assessment platforms, data & metrics tools.
