About the role

Reporting to the Director, TA & HR Business Partner, the Senior Technical Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent to support our organization's growth. This individual will serve as a strategic hiring partner to technology leaders, ensuring we build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Operating as a generalist within technical recruiting, this role requires expertise in identifying and engaging with high-caliber talent across engineering, product, and IT functions.

A typical day will include...

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent (e.g., software engineers, system architects, database administrators, etc.)

  • Partner with engineering, IT, and product teams to deeply understand technical hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through the full-cycle recruitment process.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders, to align recruitment efforts with business needs.

  • Promote and implement strategies to ensure diversity in hiring practices.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and values in recruitment efforts.

  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and third-party vendors, ensuring they align with the company's hiring standards.

  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of hire.

 

This role is a fit for you if…

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.

  • Proven ability to source and attract passive technical talent using advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers.

  • Experience recruiting for a range of technical roles, including software engineering, DevOps, etc.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience hiring globally or across multiple regions.

  • Familiarity with technical assessment tools and interview best practices.

  • Prior experience working in both in-house and agency recruiting is a plus.
