Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead complex systems integration tasks and projects.
- Manage requirements analysis and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Drive and mentor teams in verification and validation (V&V) activities.
- Lead strategic software and hardware integration initiatives.
- Ensure robust configuration management practices and high-quality documentation.
- Develop and execute strategic test plans, and solve advanced technical problems.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems integration or related field.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Expert proficiency with integration tools and methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience in systems integration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Progressive experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with the practical application of requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and V&V principles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States secret security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Experience or certification in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) standards [Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)].
- Extensive background in Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Ability to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
- Technical problem solving skills and ability to develop innovative technical solutions.
- Ability to guide technical designs through development into a final deliverable product.

- Proven successful experience in project definition, simulation, implementation, lab integration and test.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
