  • Set up and administrate configurations for anything relative to Office 365, OpenDNS, Lansweeper, Exchange, and Active Directory.
  • Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA on the back end.
  • Administrate Azure and Office365
  • Support configurations deployment, including software and hardware upgrades on all networking devices that appear in a network environment, including routing protocols, network security, Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
  • Consistently check manufacturers' guidance for upgrades.
  • Always make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas.
  • Support / administrate system backups
  • Monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operations
  • Maintain inventory control

What we look for in you:

  • Required Skills:
  • 3–4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator, including 1–2 years of hands-on network troubleshooting experience (VLANs, routing, basic firewall concepts)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept through execution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience considered
  • Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, including: Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune / endpoint management
  • Experience administering Microsoft Azure (core services, identity, networking, and resource management)
  • Strong security-first mindset, with awareness of best practices for identity, endpoint, and network security
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and self-direction skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including supporting users across multiple offices and remote environments

  • Nice to have skills:
  • Experience configuring and administering Fortinet firewalls
  • Hands-on experience with security platforms such as Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or similar tools
  • Experience working in or supporting AWS cloud environments
  • Familiarity with IT documentation, runbooks, and process improvement initiatives

  • What Success Looks Like in This Role:
  • Reliable and secure operation of core IT systems and cloud platforms
  • Efficient resolution of complex technical issues with minimal user disruption
  • Strong collaboration with IT leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive identification of risks, improvements, and automation opportunities
