Amentum is seeking a knowledgeable Full Stack Developer with government or commercial production full stack solution development and implementation experience to join a team of legal professionals in providing support to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington DC.
Successful candidate will:
- Create custom software applications with ability to automate repetitive task.
- Streamline workflows for custom software applications.
- Establish communication protocols across the front and back ends.
- Define and clarify data architecture.
- Design and implement software application features.
- Ensure user interface and back-end logic are integrated seamlessly.
- Design and implement software application features.
- Establish communication protocols.
- Write clean code for smartphone apps and websites.
- Testing code and analyze user needs.
- Support multiple purposes not limited to:
- Help desk ticketing
- Claims settlement
- Contact databases
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience providing Full stack solution development and implementation experience using one or more of the below tech stacks:
Service Now where less computation customization is needed. (public facing in the future?). Power apps Suit and backend data store (Power App, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SQL server, SharePoint online) Extending cloud.gov for any Public facing or future public facing (Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, CI/CD, Git Hub, Java scripting)
- Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks for example:
Front-end languages and frameworks; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and ReactJS Back-end technologies and frameworks; NodeJS, ExpressJS, Django, Flask, and C++
- Experience with database management systems for example; MySQL, SQL SERVER and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle Database.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks, and PC and server based databases, applications and other sources of data.
- Preferred skills:
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
- 4+ years commercial or law firm litigation support experience highly desired.
- Supervisory experience very strongly preferred.
- Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
