Job Responsibilities:
Defining and writing system-level requirements and high-level designs. Continuously optimize and fine-tune PHY layer algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency of the products.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Focal point for all system, PHY and RF-related aspects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HW, SW, FPGA and other subsystems.

Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer development or integration.
Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.
Deep understanding of Wireless communication systems.
Working experience with RF lab test equipment.
Solid experience with scripting languages (such as MATLAB or Python)
Good system-level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal), team player and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical skills – ability to triage a problem root cause in a complex system.
Familiarity and ability for SW/FW coding.
Familiarity with lab test equipment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, research, and system design tasks.
Education:
Skills Required
