Job Summary

This position leads the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs. Act as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements. The following list describes the main functions of this position:

  • Direct the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs.
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. Analyze and prioritize requirements
  • Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in AFL’s systems
  • Train end users with new features; develop working instructions to ensure that new releases are implemented correctly.
  • Provide support for day to day activities for end users
  • Develop queries and reports to supply meaningful information to users

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT management or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • English as a second language
  • Business analysis tools
  • ERP such as Oracle, SAP, JDEdwars among others
  • Manufacturing business processes such as supply chain management
