Position Description
Senior Support Analyst, Trading Applications will be part of the Global OMS/EMS support team responsible for handling OMS/EMS L1/L2 requests from CLSA trading desk, clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Daily trading operations desk support for various trading desks of High Touch & Low Touch cash Equities, SWAP desk and F&O desk.
Understand and work with infra teams to setup connectivity between external parties including Exchanges and external brokers.
Work in shifts to support Asia / US and Europe markets.
Work closely with Application support team in CLSA Pune, US and Australia.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
10 - 12 years experience with minimum of 5+ years proficiency, support and with good experience in OMS/EMS technology. Exposure to Fidessa or other OMS/EMS will be added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in a Broker / Dealer environment.
Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity business in a DMA/DSA, Agency and Program Trading environment.
Good to have knowledge of SWAP, Future & Options business in a DMA & DSA order flows.
Good knowledge of exchange rules of Asian markets (HK/CONNECT/JP/KR/SG/TW/AU/IN/ID).
Good understanding of Trade Flow systems needed for DMA/DSA trade booking especially in ID markets like CONNECT, Korea, Taiwan and India.
Good knowledge of HK exchange driven activities coordination.
Exposure in Systems monitoring tools like KIBANA, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic search, ITRS, etc.
Good exposure in Enterprise Message Systems like Tibco, Solace, etc.
Exposure in change & incident management tools like SNOW.
Must be self-starter and be able to work independently.
Willing to undertake other Trade Support functions.
Ready to work in Trading floor (high pressure environment).
Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with Vendors and Traders.
Rollout EMS/OMS projects.
Knowledge of SRE will be added advantage.
Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge in ORACLE (user level), SQL, Store Procedures.
Knowledge in Unix/Linus, Shell scripting, Perl.
Basic knowledge in Python, Java Basic Knowledge in FIX.
Awareness of SRE concepts is an added advantage.
