Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, network lead times, and capacity constraints.
- Balance inventory levels to prevent stockouts while avoiding excess carrying costs and waste.
- Collaborate with Fab demand planning and manufacturing to align production schedules with market needs.
- Lead sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier selection for assigned commodity categories, including obtaining quotations from vendors directly.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with vendors to optimize buying power for continuity of supply
- Build supply chain risk assessment and mitigation plans to navigate price volatility and global market fluctuations.
- Prepare detailed cost-value analyses and commodity trend reports to present to management.
- Oversee inventory management to optimize inventory control and inventory accuracy.
- Implement a cycle count program and assist with annual PI activities.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and lead the development of Hoshin plans to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management, or equivalent, 3-7 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or global trade environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with root cause determination through Oracle tools and reporting.
- Proficient in Excel –manipulating data, exporting, and extracting data for the purpose of report creation.
- Familiar with MSOffice in PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation skills.
- Having general knowledge of sound business and management principles and strategies is also helpful.

Pay Range:
P50-USA-1 :$94,200.00 - $134,600.00Disclaimer:
Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
