The Compliance ISC Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist is a pivotal role within Honeywell, dedicated to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves strategic project management along with collaboration across various teams to implement and uphold compliance standards throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices, with proven knowledge and experience in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance-related projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with Honeywell’s strategic objectives and adherence to Aero Policies and Procedures
-Lead initiatives that promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of compliance practices to ensure adherence to Aero Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports that outline compliance findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis of compliance failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team awareness of compliance protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance processes, decisions, and changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Maintain organized and accessible compliance files within SharePoint.
- Develop and deliver compliance training sessions for staff, ensuring awareness of compliance requirements and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for compliance-related projects and initiatives.
You Must Have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, internal audit, external audit, regulatory compliance, and/or project management preferably related to aviation or aerospace.

- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience working in an audit capacity or working with external auditors, DCAA and/or DCMA
- Previous experience in a compliance role, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Proficient knowledge and experience using SharePoint for document management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
