As Sr. Strategic Sales Rep - Gulf you will combine deep understanding of Data Center Industry with the commercial acumen to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, drive specification-led demand, and build a durable partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities• Own and grow the Data Center pipeline to 4× AOP coverage across all GBEs — BMS, Fire & Gas, Security, HVAC Controls, and OT Cybersecurity.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities in Data Center Industry across different segment.
• Build and maintain Strategic Account Maps (SAMs) capturing whitespace, competitive position, stakeholder maps, and multi-year revenue opportunity.
• Co-develop joint GTM plans with strategic SI partners for key accounts and tenders.
• Develop country-level go-to-market plans for Gulf region.
• Lead outreach and relationship development with operation directors, project directors, and procurement heads.
• Lead customer-facing solution presentations, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Drive specification inclusion in tenders, master facility plans, and consultancy documents ahead of formal procurement.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
· Proven experience in a technical sales or solution consulting role specifically into the Data Center Vertical.
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· English & Arabic speaking
· Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
· 5+ years of experience with Sales or Technical delivery in the Building Controls field
· Strong knowledge in the Data Center Vertical concept and elements
· Designs and implements technical solutions for various aspects of a Data Center Vertical.
· Provides expert advice on Data Center Vertical strategies, policies, and best practices.
