Senior Secure Service Edge (SSE) Engineer – Netskope Operations & Support
Location: Bangalore, India or Limerick, Ireland

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SSE Engineer to join our Network & Security Infrastructure team. This role focuses on supporting and operating our Netskope Secure Service Edge platform, which helps protect our users, applications, and data. You will play a key part in ensuring secure, reliable connectivity and a positive user experience across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of our Netskope security platform.
- Ensure services run smoothly and meet performance and security standards.
- Respond to and resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes.
- Document procedures and share knowledge with support teams.
- Participate in change management and help implement new features.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in IT security or network engineering.
- Experience with Netskope is highly preferred.
- Strong background in managing security platforms and troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling critical incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud security technologies and zero trust principles.
- Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or cloud security are a plus.
