Job Summary

As a key member of the Indirect Channel’s Solutions Advisor Program (SAP) marketing team, this role supports strategic marketing execution for our top-tier Executive and Signature partners. It leads data-driven program measurement, reporting, and best practice development to enhance partner engagement and optimize marketing performance across the team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Executive & Signature Program Support – Coordinate MDF execution, partner communications, sales enablement materials, and timely delivery of program content.
  • Partner Engagement & Promotion – Track and report on SAP program benefit usage and active promotions. Highlight partner use cases and best practices to increase engagement and program visibility.
  • SAP Reporting and Analytics – Deliver regular performance reports across tiers and campaigns. Monitor ROI, manage CRM campaign codes, route lead gen data, and provide actionable insights. Serve as the center of excellence for budget tracking and accounting.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Special Projects – Oversee distribution lists, SAP inbox management, swag fulfillment, and partner-focused marketing requests. Ensure alignment with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Portal Management – Maintain internal (mySource) and external (CB Source) portals. Ensure timely updates, brand consistency, and content quality. Manage registrations, conduct audits, generate usage insights, and process change
  • Coordinates and leads the design and copywriting of marketing communication materials including direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper, radio and TV advertising and other projects.
  • Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
  • Works with internal resources to determine best targeting practices for various advertising tactics.
  • Oversees marketing library which includes marketing plans, collateral, creatives and promotional materials.
  • Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of internal Marketing Communications plans. Conducts research for implementation of media plans.
  • Creates media schedules and manages copy rotation.
  • Monitor budget for campaigns.
  • Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
  • Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
