- To provide business and technical leadership for one or more projects within the Franchise, through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation and implementation processes for new projects.
- To analyze and project financial analysis including market research, cash flow, and capital and project costs.
- To collaborate with the appropriate functional teams and Sr. PMO personnel to develop and negotiate contracts.
- To ensure communications occur with stakeholders and partners.
- To define the milestones to achieve the launch date commitments and identify issues and risks associated with those plans.
- To visualize and plan for complete product life cycle, project schedule, execution, budget commitments and spend.
- To define project strategies and to ensure project scope which is defined and controlled within defined timelines.
- To continuously interact with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
- To ensure identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan in the risk response strategies
- To anticipate potential conflict situations for proactive solutions resulting win-win outcomes
- To support all project related requirements related to R&D
- In the absence of Executive, Department Head will ensure these roles and responsibilities
- To handover the responsibility to Development Project Manager after successful feasibility phase completion.
- To review weekly, monthly progress of the projects and send report to Department Head to implement the improvements suggested by the Department head.
