• Summary

  Project Managers provide business and technical leadership for one or more projects within a business unit, leading project teams through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation processes. This Sr. Specialist position will act as a Project Manager leading Projects in feasibility and development phase for US and Global markets within the Pharmaceutical Business segment.

  What will you be doing !

• Accountable for core team performance, project schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend
• Leads team in defining project strategies and milestones to achieve project milestones as per plan, and the identification of issues and risks associated with those plans.
• Continuously interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
• Develop plans and timelines till commercial launch for US and Global markets
• Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and leads core team in the proactive management of risk response strategies
• Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of project activities.
• Lead the team in problem-solving efforts to meet urgent business needs.
• Understands region wise Regulatory requirements and applies this understanding to the project plans.

• What will you bring in !
• Master's degree in Pharmacy with a minimum 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Hands on experience in product development, technology transfers or Regulatory affairs for Finish Dosage forms including 3-5 years of project management experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
• Proficient application of Vital Behaviors and Leadership Essentials
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements
• Proven proficiencies in all aspects of project management
• PMP certification desired.
