The Sr. Specialist, Global Serialization ensures compliance with global serialization regulations across manufacturing and supply chain networks. This role serves as a domain expert for serialization solutions and collaborates with multi-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Labeling.

• Manage daily activities for Baxter’s global serialization portfolio.
• Support the assessment of new regulations and changes to existing requirements.
• Lead small multi-functional projects to support compliance.
• Resolve complex issues by engaging appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to get results.
• Support manufacturing sites in maintaining serialization standards.
• Act as business analyst to external software vendors.
• Analyze data, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop, collect and improve key performance indicators.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience providing operational and administrative support for projects in the medical products or pharmaceutical field for 3+ years.
• Experience with validation/qualification and multi-site initiatives.
• Proven familiarity with Systech and Optel serialization platforms (Levels 1–3) or similar systems.
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Independent problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Eye for business and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of serialization and compliance disciplines.
