As a Sr. Solutions Architect II (CSP), you’ll be responsible for overseeing and informing the development of the enterprise cloud computing system including cloud applications.

What you’ll do:
- You'll architect and implement cloud technologies for a mission critical customer.
- You’ll also provide support to develop new and innovative automated solutions.
- You’ll provide support to develop automated scripts and solutions to achieve sprint tasks.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions to meet the Department of State ADD’s business needs.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure that cloud solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor for other developers, guiding the team in cloud development and best practices.
- Work closely with the DOS ADD team to ensure that solutions align with strategic goals and IT modernization initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance
- Ability to be onsite 5 days/week in Washington DC.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, or engineering production-scale applications in regulated, secure environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering Cloud IaaS strategies and using industry leading platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), VMWare, or Microsoft Azure.
- Must possess Cloud Professional Certification (i.e., AWS Associate Solutions Architect or similar certification, and/or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification or similar certification).
SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $205,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
