Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise technology solutions. The role involves defining architecture roadmaps, driving technology standards, and providing technical leadership across complex digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
- Drive architecture governance, standards, and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Design cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and high availability of solutions.
- Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Lead architecture assessments, technology evaluations, and modernization initiatives.
- Support cloud adoption, automation, and platform engineering strategies.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers on architecture principles and best practices.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Architecture roles.
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
- Expertise in Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift).
- Strong understanding of Security Architecture, Integration Patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
- TOGAF, Cloud, or Security certifications preferred.
- Proven experience driving large-scale transformation programs.
