Responsibilities:
• Collaboration: Work with business partners, IT teams, data scientists, and customers to develop AI-powered software solutions for business.
• Building and Deploying Product: Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications using Python and web stack.
• Analytics Development: Collaborate on designing, prototyping, and testing analytic products.
• Data Acquisition and Maintenance: Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and manage databases/systems.
• User Experience Design: Create analytical dashboards / software UI for insights.
• Conduct regular testing of systems and software to ensure optimal functioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects in AI applications.
• Remain Updated with latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Technical Skills:
1. Full-stack software development experience (e.g., Vue.js, React, Node.js).
2. Proven proficiency & working experience in Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django) and SQL/MongoDB.
3. Familiarity with cloud services (gen AI/LangChain/LangGraph/Azure/AWS).
4. Good understanding of GenAI and agentix AI capabilities and toolsets
5. Good understanding of RAG
• Data Processing: Experience with SQL is required, Hadoop or Spark are nice to have

• Experience: Proven experience as software developer/ engineer / scientist.
• Critical Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, self-driven, fast learner.
o Agile solution mindset with ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
o Ability to communicate well and present products developed to wide array of team members.
• Desired Skills: Business strategy understanding, versatility with tools
