Senior Software Engineer

This team manages a mission-critical, mature, yet rapidly evolving product used on a massive scale. It enables the measurement that directly and indirectly underpins the lion's share of DV revenue. The role involves retaining and expanding measurement coverage across the digital ecosystem, integrating with industry giants, and supporting new ad formats and channels. As a key part of DoubleVerify's offerings, this role requires close collaboration with teams worldwide.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer that is looking to take his career to the next level. This means:

• Making design decisions and thinking about architecture at a higher level, while taking into consideration the large-scale environment.
• Communicating effectively with other teams in the organization, stakeholders and engineering teams of very big partners.
• Understanding business context to make informed decisions when it comes to revenue drivers, cost-effectiveness, customer pain points.
• Taking the technical lead on business critical projects.
• Making sense of data.

You will spend considerable time working on non-coding tasks related to the responsibilities listed above so problem-solving skills are the most important requirement. The following are technological skills beneficial to have. It is not a requirement to check each of these. We trust that a fast learner can pick up most of them quickly:

• Javascript / Typescript on client and server side
• Cloud (We work with Google Cloud Platform, Cloudflare)
• Terraform
• Networking (SSL, DNS, Routing, Load Balancing)
• CI/CD pipelines
